10 years ago a muriel was painted in a room with paint that had bled through 2 coats of latex primer and 2 coats of Acrylic primer now. Anybody know what else can be done to keep this from bleeding through? It is a pink and green bleeding through and the room will be painted a medium blue.

I wouldn't rule out stripping the paint back to bare wallboard. Otherwise it will continue to bleed through.

I suggest you prime it with Zinnser's BIN primer.

Right on Bob, BIN, Zinsser Coverstain, Benny Moore FreshStart Alkyd, Kilz, anyone of these will work.
