Ademco makes the <a href="http://www.ademco.com/ademco/products/keypads/Symphony.htm">Symphony keypad</a> - color LCD touch-screen keypad - starts around $800.
ITI's <a href="http://64.49.194.64/products/homenav.jsp">Advent Home Navigator</a> uses RS-232 (serial) communication to work with Crestron, ELAN, AMX Landmark, and AMX Netlinx - Crestron makes a color LCD touch-screen - no idea how much it is.
HAI (Home Automation, Inc.) makes the <a href="http://www.homeauto.com">OmniTouch</a> touch-screen keypad - no idea how much it is.
There are probably a few more out there too.
