I would like to paint my blinds.they are in fabric.I know that you can buy fabric paint but i can only get them in small tubes or bottles.So is there any other paint that i can use and if i have to use a primer.The color right now is dark grey and would like to put them in a camel or champagne color .So hope someone can help me out

I don't think paint is what you want, even fabric paint. I just don't think that would look good.
Have you considered dyeing them? Tape off what doesn't get a color change.
