I am at work and don't have the means to look at one right now, but can anyone tell me if you have a dvd/vcr combo unit, can you run the coax cable from cable television in to the back of it and then out to the tv without using separate audio/video cables and still receive a decent picture and any sound from a dvd and vcr tape, or does it require the separate audio/video cables.
The reason for this is at work we have tv cards in our pc's but they only have a video in and a coax in, no audio in, so I was going to get the combo unit and split the coax between the pc's but didn't know if the sound and image would go through the coax from the vcr and dvd.
Thanks
