I have a room in the basement that was turned into a bedroom it has only one vent which is for heat. The room does not stay warm. I was told that i needed a cold air return. The only thing I know about putting one in is that it should be close to the floor. So is that all i need to do is cut
a hole in the wall close to the floor? Thank you. Blacy
