Hi: I'm laying some brick pavers to extend my patio. I'm leaving a gap of about 2 mm between each paver. A friend of mine advised me, when I'm finished laying the pavers, to fill in the gaps with a mixture of mortar and water (to a soupy consistency), sweeping it into the gaps, then rinsing off with water.
I've done this before and although it's a good sealibng agent, it tends to leave the pavers discoloured.
Is there a better way to do this? I'm laying them on a layer of bluestone dust.
Thx
