We are having problems getting our heater to turn on. The A/C works and the heater (fan) will run on Cont. fan but not on auto fan. Can you please let me know how the wires on the control panel should be hooked up.
Thanks
MH

Hi MH:
I'm a little confused. Are you saying that the heat comes on but the furnace fan won't start or are you saying that both the heat & the fan won't come on when you set the thermostat for heat? Also, could you describe your heating system? [ie: gas, oil, heat pump] The control panel you refer to; do you mean inside the furnace or the wires where they hook up at the thermosat? Thanks. John.
