Unit= Gas forced air....
Ductwork is in the concrete floor.....
Recent inspection has revealed rusted out holes in the duct work, below the floor level.
Question= What repairs can be made ?
Is there some way to reline the duct work ?

i have heard of some kind of spray lining for this problem, not sure where or when, or even if it works. any chance of rerouting the duct?

You didnt say if it was round pipe from the plenum to the out lets or not. Could fish tape from a register to the plenum and pull in a flex duct if it would fit? Just out of the box again;) ED

Thanks Ed!
Looking in from the floor registers it appears tobe round pipe.

Now you have to find out if this round pipe goes all the way back to the furnace plenum. Lots of times we will put a box plenum in the floor where the furnace will go. Then just run round pipes off it to each register. Most of the time you can feel the pipes in the floor with just your hand If you dont have rugs.;) ED
