We are replacing (2) 20 yr old Lennox central AC units with (2) Lennox Elite 13 units. The contractor has proposed to replace the units, replace the old A-coils with new ones, replace the coil doors and replace the old disconnect switches.
Question: Are there OTHER parts of the system that should be replaced at this time OR should be inspected for wear or efficiency at the time of installation?
Thanks in advance for your help.

The only other thing I can think of, does the lineset you have there now is the same size you need for the new units? You dont say what they are going on. Dont forget that the blower motor is 20 years old also?;) ED

how old are the furnaces? ed is right, line set should be ok if properly sized and using same refrigerant.
