Thanks for your advice. I cleaned the drains and pump and no leaks so far from the heat pump. 1 other question. The coils come together at the bottom in the drip pan which is 2-3 inches wide and 1/4 approx. deep. The goop was so thick it caused the water to backup and overflow at the other end. It was also a rust color. Is there anything I can use to prevent the buildup and also to clean the drip pan, other than a wet vac? Thanks again......
