I have installed 4 AC-100 Glass Break Sensors, I have the option to select J1 for Installer Mode J2 for Alarm memory mode and J3 for room size.
J2 - Alarm Memory Mode: this is where I am confused, it states in the Installation Instructions that this is under the testing part. I want to be able to view the led light while testing sound in the room, speakers, clapping, and other noises that might occur. If I put Jumper 2 on will this show the LED light if it detects high pitch noise ? and is it OK to leave it on while running normal alarm mode ?
What kind of noise can I make to trip the sensor to make sure that it is working ??

It's been a while since I've installed an Acuity, but if I'm not mistaken, the Alarm Memory Mode is for latching the LED - similar to how smoke detectors latch the LED to let you know which detector went off.
Typically, this is only used for testing, but you shouldn't have a problem running it in memory mode permanently. Just keep in mind you will have to power cycle the detectors to reset the LED if one goes off (you could connect it to the PGM output as a reset output - then you wouldn't have to disconnect or power-down the panel to reset.)
The easiest thing to do is to just connect them without alarm memory - if you start having problems with them (false alarms, etc.) then turn them to alarm memory mode and figure out which one is falsing.
MrRon is better with DSC products, maybe he can confirm/correct what I'm saying here - I may be totally off base.

That sounds about right. I've got a couple of those glass breaks sitting on a shelf. I haven't opened one in over 2 years, most of what I'm hanging these days is ITI and Interlogix hardware.
But yes, the PGM output is the way to deal with the latching aspect.
