I want to remove some woodchip wallpaper from my ceiing. Soaking and scraping by hand is not proving to be very successful Should I use a steamer to help remove te woodchip

My best advice is located here (http://forum.doityourself.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=116896). I do not recommend steamers as they can cause wall damage and are generally not as cost/time effective as the common water/soap method.
