I am having alignment problems with a Pioneer Projection Monitor Receiver Model PRO 98. The issue I am having is the Blue projector appears to be extremely bright. When I'm going through the alignment procedure I can align the red with green because I can see distinct 2-lines but the blue looks like one fat fuzzy line. I played with the focusing, but that is not the issue. When I look into the projector the blue project seems a lot brighter than the others and its intensity causes the lines to become bright and saturated/fuzzy.

Has anyone seen this problem? If so, who can I contact to fix this or is this something I can fix myself. I am technically inclined.
