It is starting to get cooler here in Kentucky, our heater has been working but has now quit. It is a Heil gas pack heating and air unit. about 4 tons. The fan and air conditioning work fine, but nothing from the heat side of the unit. The small fan does not kick in and i dont hear a relay either. It is controlled by a electronic thermostat and the batteries are ok, and im getting 15 and 28 volts to the thermostat. I was hoping it was something simple like the a ignitor or a small fan. Another question is cold air suppose to come from the air filter duct.

The unit is between 5-10 years old.
