Walls and Ceilings - leak in exterior wall

A little over a year ago, we had a deck installed on our townhouse. Recently, we discovered that during heavy, windy rains, there is a leak above one of the first floor windows. The leak only occurs when it is raining and very windy. The leak appears to originate in the area of one or two of the bolts which are used to secure the deck to the house. On the inside of the house, it seems that the hole (?) is behind the kitchen wall, somewhere near the dishwasher. Does anyone have any experience with this problem, or any recommendations?

You may be able to partially loosen the lag bolts holding the ledger board against the house (assuming that it is braced under it adequately), and caulk around the bolt holes between the siding and ledger board.

Thanks OldGuy. At first glance, attacking the problem from the outside didn't seem to be a good option--I can't see a thing from there. But yeah, maybe if I loosened the bolts, I'd be able to get some "wiggle room" there...
