27 inch Panasonic, no picture/raster. Static on screen. Sound yes , no picture. Original problem was no vertical sweep, fixed ,now this problem shows up. Any ideas.

it sounds like you have high voltage. turn up the screen control on the flyback. Do you now have a raster with video? these tests should tell you where to look next. good luck, snuffs
