10 years ago I installed 8" ceramic tile on a concrete floor. The ceramic tile has a glossy surface.
Can I install 12" tile over the 8" tile?
The floor is sound, no cracks at all.

scarify the old tiles with a grinder and you're good to go, provided there are no hollow areas.
