I am building a large (4ft wide/ 2ft deep/72in. high) guinea pig cage. The sides are plexiglass and the shelves are pressed board, 3/4 " thick. The back is 3/4 in. pressed board also. I have covered it with vynll so urine does not saturate it. What do I support this thing with? and how do I keep the plexiglass from cracking.
The front is 4ft pieces of metal closet shelving that is 12" high, for the top half of each level and plexiglass for the bottom of each level (there are 4 levels. Any help would be M O S T greatly appreciated.I am also puttng wheels on the bottom so I can have a 'moving condo'.

You can glue plexiglas to itself. That may be the strongest method.
