I have a 27 inch RCA TV that clicks 3 times and then turns off. This problem occured about 8 months ago. The solution came from this board. I replaced the 3.3 volt regulator u18101 on the PIP board to fix the problem. I replaced this regulator again but it did not solve the problem. If I remove the PIP board from the main board the set will come with a blue screen and sound, no channels come in. Should I replace the whole PIP board to fix this or is there something else I should check first that could be making this part go bad. Any help would be appreciated.

this site has a lot of info on your TV Chassis. not sure if it has your problem though as I don't have time to read through it all.
