I just recently purchased an Apex 32" RPTV. Now the bottom of the picture isn't straight. When there is a scrolling bar along the bottom, the left side is too low to read. Is there an easy way to rectify this? Thank you.

That should read 43" RPTV, not 32" RPTV. The top of screen is straight but bottom is angled to left, which makes it unable to read anything that is scrolling on bottom of screen.

This isn't my forte, but I'll take a stab at it.
It sounds like you may have a convergence problem. you will have to access the service menu. Sorry I don't know the buttons you need to press to get there, maybe someone from apex may help you. Maybe the codes are on the internet, I don't know.
you may also have to set the vertical height to. Do the convergence first, then the height if needed. good luck snuffs

Thanks Snuff, I get to the convergence and the bottom lines going horizontal dip to the left. I've tried and tried, and I can't figure out the convergence. The vertical lines are straight but the horizontal lines are dipping about 1/4" from right to left on the bottom 1/4 of the screen. I may have to call Apex Digital. Thanks again for your help. Dave

It's not convergence, it's a geometry problem. Let service take care of it.
