We just had a cermic floor put in a basement bathroom. The floor was originally concrete, so a sub-floor was put down before the tile was. My husband walked on it and I could see the whole floor move! Is there any way to get the sub-floor to adhere to the concrete without ripping out the tile? Please help.

Hi,
I'm afraid not. Subfloors are not usually installed over concrete. Don't know what it is, but there is no way to fix it. Sorry.
