I have 2 questions:
1) I have a tile floor in my kitchen that consists of large dark blue tiles and a very light gray grout. I absolutely hate the contrast between the tile and grout. Is it possible to paint the grout? I know it would be time-consuming, but since we don't currently have the money to replace the floor I'm willing to put the time in. Can I use regular latex paint?
2)Should I seal it? If I need to seal it what kind of sealer should I use?

You can stain you grout with a product called grout stain. Do a google search on grout stain and you will find many different companies carry it. After it is stained use a sealer that is compatible with you stain. Most companies sell both.
