It seems that I once read that there are ways to "rub out" or otherwise remove the milky circles where water stood on finished surfaces. My inside window ledges were coated with a polyurethane varnish and the window wept on them. Also sweating beverage glasses have stained a coffee table surface. Please help me with ideas. I hope that I don't have to sand and refinish.
