Please help. Have a commercial wall vinyl problem. Pink mildew stains are coming through our wall vinyl in several rooms. What will remove the pink stain from cream colored wall vinyl?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad new but........
You will have to strip the wallpaper. Strip the effected areas and try to find out WHY the mold is there in the first place. Is there are leak behind the wall, lack of ventilation, etc.? Kill the mold with a 33% bleach solution for an immediate fix. Determine the root cause and correct that. Then you can hang some new wallpaper. I suppose you could rehang the old as well, but you will have to bleach it as well. Consider using one of Zinnser's new mildew proof primers and adhesive during the reinstallation as well. A 5 year no mold warranty is a powerful thing.
