Our fan in master bathroom is dripping water(condensation). We just moved in and checked that it was installed properly and all seems to be ok. How can we get rid of the condensation? It is vented to the outside.

Run it whenever the shower is in use and at least 5 minutes afterward. When I install one I wire it to run whenever the light is on because some people don't like the sound of the fan and won't run it if they don't have to. That leads to the condition that you have now.
