added room to house caped into exsisting hot water boilier cooliant came out of pipe taped into how do i replace cooliant,system is somewhat old & discontinued,system is also used for all hot water purposes.

System is just filled with water. Anti-freeze can be added but almost nobody has it added. There is a valve somewhere that will let water back into your system. Without a picture, there is no way of knowing where it is. It would be a smaller pipe with a valve leading into the system. If you have specific questions, post back.

thanks for your reply , thought that if cooliant came out it had to be replaced with same.
