My window project is coming along but I wanted to ask some advice on glazing compound.
I see that there is some strips that are sold, I see cans of compound and I saw that dap has a latex compound that is in a caulking tube.
I'm looking for a cross between the best and the easiest to use. Reason says that the caulking gun style would be easiest but can it be used to set the window in the glazing channel as well as sealing the window to the sash?
Thanks!

Nothing better than Dapp33. After the second or third light you will have the technique down pat. It usually helps to glaze in a cool area. Heat the glazing up by rolling in your hands. If it is to warm the stuff is sticky and hard to strike off smoothly.
