The previous owner installed new windows, siding, gutters and downspouts. He did nothing on the inside and I'm stuck as to what you do with the windows inside when they look like this!

1.open the bottom sash 3" at the bottom.(but be gentle)
2. grap those love handles on either side of the top of sash and gently thrust them inward.
4. Tilt down and clean away:D . do me a favor and pm this to my wife:eek: :eek
