anyone out there know how to flush a radiator? I have a gas furnace & some of my radiators aren't working properly. I was told that I may need to flush my radiators.
Thank you

Maybe you need to bleed or vent air out of them. But you do not need to flush them. I have heard people suggest that there is something inside the radiator preventing water from flowing through. That is almost impossible. Maybe there is a problem with the inlet valve, or maybe a problem with the circulator, but not a blockage in the radiator. Usually it is a piping problem and not something you can see with the untrained eye. It has to do with water flow and resistance.

Did they ever work correctly? If so, when? Is the boiler original or a replacement? Have any modifications ever been done to the system?
