I have vertical corner cracks from floor to ceiling of both side of a wall that's perpendicular to exterior wall. Mud had been applied but the cracks reappeared. Can you apply paintable sealant in the corners so that it is flexible to accommodate movement? Or applying fiberglass mesh is the better route?

If its directly in the corner just caulk it. Don't ever put mesh in a corner. It's only for flats.

thanks for your response.
when spraying texture, will it stick to sealant? will sealant be noticeable once painted? is there a sealant you would recommend?
thanks

Sillconized, acrylic, latex caulk will adhere well, is flexible, and takes paints and finishes readily. I believe it will do the job for you.
