I have a new house and an unfinished room over garage that I would like to heat and a/c (not practical to extend present heat pump line). Does anyone have experience with window unit heat pumps?

Hi:joverman
Hotels and motels have been using window heating & A/C pumps for years. They make an excellant choice when not being able to extend an existing units ducting.
Consider installing one in the wall and save window space.
Good Luck,
