Pick up just about any woodworking magazine. There will be ads in there for two or three portable sawmills. They probably have websites or phone numbers you can call for literature.

Kiln drying will be an expensive proposition. Most small milling operations air dry their lumber.

Look in Fine Woodworking for adds for portable sawmills and small kilns. Small batch kilns are not that hard to build or operate.

I've owned and operated a Woodmizer bandmill since 1991. Go to :

www.woodmizer.com for info on new mills.....they are a great company.

also www.sawmillexchange.com for used mills

I also built a 1200 board foot dehumidifier type dry kiln using an old air conditioner in my shop. It supplies my needs for cabinet lumber. My framing lumber I air dry and use as is.
