I just completed installing hardwood flooring in my new bedroom and need your recommendation on how to finish it. When I did my last wood flooring project, I stained the wood, then I used the Bona sealer, followed by the BonaTech Mega waterborn surface finish.

I have seen recommendations such as this for penetrating sealers:

With a penetrating sealer, the product soaks into the wood pores and hardens to form a protective seal against dirt and stains. Since the seal has soaked into the wood it wears only when the wood wears and traffic patterns are not obvious from surface wear.
This is the type of finish that is recommended for residential use by the Oak Flooring Institute (OFI).

This time I want a clear finished applied to this flooring - a 5 inch wild pecan engineered wood plank with beveled edges. What input do you have?
