My air conditioner does not shoot cool air. The pipe of the airconditioner gathers ice, and the pipe outside is also frozen. When this happens the air conditioner shoots warm air. Help!!!

1st check the filter.

This problem is usually:
1. Dirty filter
2. Dirty coil
3. Blocked return vents
4. Low refrigerant charge "leak"
5. Refrigerant circuit problem.

1-3 you should be able to handle. If none of them help you need a pro.
