Hi, I moved into my new home last year, and furnace was working fine. I try to turn on the heat, but it doesn't work?
I have Ruub deluxe 90 unit, and I don't think I have pilot light....it has auto pilot. My gas is ON, and fan works if I set the controller to ON, instead of auto. I think something wrong with "auto-pilot" stuff. Can you help?

Thanks

You will need to give us a more detailed description of what happens when the furnace cycles. The fact that the blower runs means that you have power to the furnace. Do you see a glow from the ignitor or can you hear a clicking sound from the spark ignitor? You should have one or the other. You should also hear the gas valve click on for a few seconds an if no ignition, it will click off. Without more detailed info, we can't even lead you toward the source of the trouble. Chances are that you will need a service tech to resolve the problem anyway.
