Hi,
Do you need to pull a permit to remodel a bathroom? I am not changing any of the plumbing. I am replacing the tub, sink, and putting back the old toilet. I am putting new floors down and re-tiling the walls.
Any thoughts. The reason I am asking is that I am having all my gas pipes re-done. (Becasue of a leak) The building inspector is coming out and I have my front bathroom gutted out. I keep hearing, be careful some inspectors start to snoop and find other things wrong and then you get dinged.
Any advice while he's here or should I hide something.
aaahh!

The best way to determine the need for a permit is to ask the permit folks.
