We recently had water damage and had to remove old carpet from a concrete floor. Problem is that the "glue" they had used to attach the carpet is a mess. Is there an EASY way to get it up?

If it was easy, they wouldn't call it work!
If you plan on adhering anything else down on that concrete, I'd stay away from chemical adhesive removers!!!
Down on your knees with a 4" razor scraper like Daniel suggests is the best way. Up close and personal!!
