I am getting various advised on my tile shower. It is going to be large--not quite 25 sq. ft. with the rubber liner pan. Is it necessary to add a slope w/ cement below the pan, in addition to the slope of the tiles. Is it necessary to use the 2 by 2 tiles on the floor in this large of shower?
Thanks for your help.

Check out Tile-experts.com. Interesting products that might totally change your approach. I'm doing a similar project and was impressed with their website.
