I would like to re-caulk a shower stall but must first remove the old caulk. Are there any special tools that would make the removal process easier?

A good putty knife, or utility knife.

Hi, I find a wood chisle works good. Stays sharp enough and has a comfortable handle.

In addition to the tools suggested by other users, you also need to use a caulk remover compound (sold in the same isle as the caulks). Apply it on the caulk and let it stand for a few hours. It makes the job a lot easier and more pleasant.
