I am baffled and this question has stumped every help site I've posted to.

I have several pneumatic computer chairs that do not work (go up or down when lever is pulled). I would like to know how do I repair or recharge them. They're (all 3) practically new, but out of warranty, so I don't want to throw them away. Any info appreciated as to repair instructions or where to take them.
I tried to contact manufacturer on the one that still had the labeling, no help.
