I don't have any insulation above the ceiling in my garage. My garage is an oversized 6 car. There is no access in the garage. I was wondering if you can blow insulation in from the roof vents and/or soffet vents? There is one access to the area above the ceilings in my garage but it is on the opposite end of the house. (poor design).
Thanks for your help in advance. :)

Considering the size of the garage, cut a hole in the ceiling to get access to the attic. http://www.nol.org/home/NEO/home_const/details/ahd.htm This is a diagram of how you can accomplish making the hatchway and then insulating it.
Trying to insulate through your roof and soffit vents is not going to do it for you.
