Just moved into a house with a jetted bathtub. Used it twice and there is lots of black gunk coming out of the jets. I'm assuming its crap built up from water sitting in the tubing. Is there anything I could use to clean it out?

Not knowking who/what was using your whirlpool tub, I wouldn't dip myself/my family in there until it's thoroughly cleaned & flushed.
SPA stores carry chemicals to flush out the system; you can use it to clean the plumbing, jets & pump. Also, open up the skimmer and see if there's any crap(hair...etc) trapped in there.
