I am finishing my basement and would like some ideas for ceilings. We are thinking about deck paneling and painting it white. We don't really want to go through the drywall hassle. Any other ideas out there? We'd love to hear them all!!!
Thanks!

The answer to your question lies in your checkbook. Drywall will be the cheapest.
Knotty pine style in 1x6 T&G is probably the easiest, but more spendy. You could also try looking into a suspended tile seiling. Easy to do, and just suspend it down a couple of inches.
