Hi- Our circa-1940's bathroom has a black ceramic soap dish with a 5"x5" footprint above the sink which is mounted directly onto a tiled wall. The protruding soap tray just broke off of it and is in a million pieces so we want to go ahead and just remove the entire thing. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might find a black or white replacement? If not, does any one have suggestions on how I might fill the 5"x5" space so it doesn't look stupid?

I've searched the Internet and even looked on eBay, but am unable to find anything that will fit the 5"x5" space.

Thanks!

5 by 5 is a very unusual size, even back in the forties. You might end up having a ceramic shop make you a custom piece.
