I have a wall, assumed to be non-load bearing, separating my garage from my living room. The wall has separated from the concrete slab at the bottom, creating a gap of approximately 1/2 - 3/4 in. over a 6 ft. length in the center of this 16 ft. long wall. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this condition? I live in Littleton, CO, where there are problems with soil movement, which is probably the cause of this condition.
