The wonderful woman that owned my townhouse before me put ceramic floor tiles on the drywall around my fireplace. How do I remove them? They are stuck on solid and I can't tell what she used to attach them. They are w-a-a-ayyyy too tacky to look at every day. Do I have to carve away the drywall and replace it?

easiest thing to do is to cut the dry wall and remove the dry wall and tile at the same time, replace the dry wall and finish to you're desires:cool:
