BIG PROBLEM....I was going to install a floor over a concrete floor and have put down the mastic - Acrylpro........Now I have decided to put in a floating floor. The color on the other just wasn't right. I have scraped and sanded until I'm blue in the face...IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO GET THIS MASTIC UP...Your help will be appreciated and it may save my marriage. My wife is ready for the project to be done. Migi

No. Unfortunately, you have to contend with guideline #15 - All the easy ways have been taken.
Scraping and sanding are your best bets. A big paint scraper with the knob handle over the blade is a help.
