Are there any good ideas for finishing tile when there is no matching bullnose? I'm most perplexed by how to finish off the tile on our bathroom wall which goes a little higher than half way up the wall. Also, around the tub, do you just butt the top and side tiles together, leaving the 90 degree angle showing?

No, that's not how you do it. :)

We've had great results by using standard wall tile trims in conjunction with the larger floor tiles on bathroom walls. I'll see if I can figure out how to post a picture here, but if I can't, follow the link below. :)
