Yes I thought I would post here instead of windows and doors. The problem the bottom of the outside window frame casing is rotted out. I tried to fill it with exterior wood putty but I think it is too big of hole and the putty shrinks and cracks. the hole is about 3 inches long 1 and a half inches wide and about 1 inch deep and goes back into window frame. What could I use to fill this hole. This is the frame running down side, top to bottom. The frame and casing are all one so I just can't cut out and replace. Any suggestions Thanks
