I'm installing outdoor speakers to the exterior brick wall. What recommendations would you suggest for securing to the wall, Tapcon screws?

Tapcons are okay or you can use any masonry anchors sufficiently large for the size of the speaker. One suggestion - anchor in the mortar BETWEEN the bricks instead of drilling the bricks themselves. Easier to repair/disguise the hole if you ever move the speakers.
